Features:
- Anti-fog film - Steam condenses into a sheet that runs off instead of beading up. The customer sees the chicken, not a fogged window.
- Vent Holes - Perforations let steam escape so fried product stays crisp instead of steaming itself soft. Vents are sized for a thermometer probe.
- Resealable Zipper - Customer closes it back up on the drive home or in the fridge. Holds moisture and keeps the leftovers from drying out.
- Die-cut Handle - Grab-and-go without a second bag. Reduces what you hand out at the register.
- Header Strip - Punched header loads a bundle of bags onto a wire rack at the hot case, so one person can bag continuously without fumbling for the next one.

FAQ
Are hot food pouches microwavable?
The PET/CPP ones are. Open the zipper before reheating so steam can escape. OPP/CPP structures are not microwavable — check the spec on the item you're buying, because both get sold as "hot food bags."
Will the bag fog up?
Not if it's anti-fog film. The film's surface makes condensation sheet off instead of beading, so the panel stays clear through a full hot-case cycle. Regular poly bags fog within minutes.
Do the vents let the food get cold?
The vents release steam, which is what makes fried product go soft. Product holds temperature normally in a hot case or under a lamp. If you're holding for long periods, the pouch is a hold-and-carry package, not an insulator.
Can I temp the product without opening the bag?
Yes. The vent holes take a standard thermometer probe.
How do these load at the hot case?
The punched header hangs a bundle on a standard wire rack, so bags tear off one at a time and stay open at the top. A countertop rack and a zipper-closing tool are available if you want to speed up the line.
Grease-resistant means what, exactly?
The film doesn't wick or soak through the way paper does, and the seams are sealed for liquid. It's not an oil barrier for indefinite storage — it's built for the hours between the fryer and the customer's kitchen.
