Refund and Returns Policy

15-DAY RETURN POLICY:

CONDITION – Items returned must be in new, unopened condition in order to receive full credit. Items purchased and then used (even once) are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable; items sold with “Free Shipping” when returned are subject to a minimum shipping charge assessment of $15.99. A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-defective product returns if your order has already been shipped. Products shipped by System Packaging that are defective or shipped in error will not be subject to restocking fees.

PROCEDURE – All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.

ORDER CANCELATIONS – To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact System Packaging during normal business hours. You can reach us by phone at 323-266-2400 or by email at [email protected]. For orders we are able to cancel prior to shipping, you will receive a confirmation number, for those we cannot, a tracking number will be provided. Please contact us as soon as possible with a cancellation request as we make all reasonable efforts to ship as quickly as possible. Once an order ships it cannot be canceled, however, you have the option to return the item by following the Returns and Refunds Policy. If you would like to cancel or return an order paid via credit card, there will be a 3% fee incurred.

ADDRESS CORRECTION – Shipping Address corrections after the item has shipped will incur a $10 cost. You must contact Systempkg.com customer service at (323) 266-2400 and send an email with the address correction request. Systempkg.com customer service will ask for credit card information to process the $10 address change charge. The $10 charge is a direct cost charged to us from the major shipping carriers for in-transit address corrections. If the item has not shipped we are happy to make the correction at no cost.
